- French Quarter Festival: April 10th – 13th $170/night 3 night minimum.
- Jazz Festival: April 24th – April 27th & May 1st – 4th $170/night 3 night minimum.
- Essence Festival: July 3rd – July 6th $170/night 3 night minimum.
- Saints Home Games: Dates TBA $170/night 2 night minimum.
